Personal information is information about an individual, such as name, date of birth, gender, telephone number, email address, occupation, place of employment, etc., that can identify a specific individual.

The Association will collect and use personal information only for the following purposes and within the scope of those purposes. The Association’s collection and use of personal information is based on the voluntary provision of the information by customers, and by providing personal information, customers are deemed to have consented to the Association’s use of their personal information in accordance with this policy.

• Inquiries and confirmations from the Association that are necessary for the performance of business, and collection of opinions to improve services
• Responding to various inquiries

The Association will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual, unless there is a legitimate reason, such as when required by law.

The Association may provide some personal information to external contractors in the course of its business, such as providing products and services to customers. In such cases, the Association will manage the contractors to ensure that they handle personal information appropriately.

In order to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information entrusted to us, we will appoint a personal information protection manager and take safety control measures such as managing the status of personal information being taken out and controlling access to storage locations, and will also properly manage personal information to keep it accurate and up-to-date.

If a customer wishes to inquire about, correct, or delete personal information provided to the Association, the Association will respond as promptly as reasonably possible after verifying the customer’s identity.

We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology to encrypt communications when sending customer information.
